Timeline: 2018-2019

Project Summary:

The station is designed to meet a design flowrate 140MMSCFD of produced gas in the DJ area. Major equipment for the station included the following:

  • Inlet slug catcher/separator vessel
  • Water handling vessel
  • Five (3) Hydration unit each with a design flowrate of 35MMSCFD
  • Five (5) 2500BHP natural gas-driven reciprocating compressor
  • Five (3) BETX condenser/coalescing filter separator skid
  • Five (3) Vapor recovery unit
  • LACT Unit
  • Centralize instrument air system
  • Fuel gas metering skid
  • Analyzer building
  • Fuel gas letdown skid
  • MCC building
  • 720 KW generator

The station was designed with the capacity to add two (2) future 2500BHP electric driven reciprocating compressors, and one additional dehydration package.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Process simulated the station using VMGSim
  • Sized all the major equipment
  • Completed Hydraulic line sizing
  • Conducted flare system study and Analysis
  • Verified and approved all third-party shop drawings
  • Structural members design and selection for all pipe modules
  • Piling sizing
  • Foundation and footing design for the inlet slug catcher and water vessel
  • Produced over 2000 shop fabricated drawings
  • Coordinated with vendors and suppliers on procurement related activities
