Flare System Replacement

Project Summary:

The scope of the project is to replace a flare system in an existing oil production facility. On this project, GRD construction manager was able to work with our team of engineers and designers to ensure all constructability issues have been addressed and implemented during the design review phase of the project. 

By having our construction manager access to the 3D scanning technology, it provided the following advantages:

• Reduces overall construction time
• Pre-planning of facility shutdown
• Assist operations with the identifications of all tie-in points
• Assist client’s health and safety team in the identifications of potential safety risks
• Clarify any construction issues
• Assist in daily construction meeting
