The project scope involved providing onsite construction management the development of Oil and Gas production area in the Peace River Area.
The project included the installation following:
- Constructing 35 Oil well pad production sites
- Twenty (20) gas gathering compressor
- Three (3) main centralize compressor units
- Twenty (20) tank vent vapor recovery unit
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Client Representation at Pre-Inspection Meetings
- Document Review / Traceability – Material Certificates
- Visual Inspection / Dimensional Control
- Witness Testing:
- Performance Test
- Hydrostatic Pressure Test
- Balance Test, Leak Test
- Ultrasonic Test (UT),
- Radiographic Test (RT)
- Magnetic Particle Identification (MPI), Thermographic Test, Liquid / Dye Penetrant Test (LPI/DPI), Pneumatic Test, Functional Test,
- Management of Equipment Installation
- Management of Site Construction Contractors
- Coordination of all Third-Party Vendors
- Coordination of Loose Shipped Equipment and Specialty Items
- Construction Hand Over
- Commissioning and Start-up Assistance
